1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging MixDen Studio's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

MixDen Studio provides professional audio services including mixing, mastering, remastering, stem preparation, and dry hire. The specific scope of work will be agreed upon before commencing any project.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
A deposit may be required to secure booking dates
Full payment is due before delivery of final files
Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or card
Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Revisions

Our services include a specified number of revisions as detailed in your quote:

Mixing: Two rounds of revisions included
Mastering: One revision included
Additional revisions are charged at our hourly rate

Revision requests should be clear, consolidated, and provided in writing. Significant changes in direction may be treated as a new project.

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided at the start of each project. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Rush services are available at additional cost.

6. File Submission

Client is responsible for submitting properly prepared files
Files should be clearly labeled and organized
We accept WAV or AIFF at 24-bit or higher
Poorly prepared files may result in additional charges or delays

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original recordings and compositions. We do not claim any ownership over your music. Upon full payment, you own all rights to the mixed/mastered versions we create.

8. Credits and Portfolio

We may request permission to use your project in our portfolio and promotional materials. This is optional and we will always seek your approval before publicly sharing any work. Credit for engineering/mixing/mastering is appreciated but not required.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client projects as confidential. We will not share your unreleased music, project details, or any confidential information without your explicit permission.

10. Cancellation

Cancellations before work begins: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposit
Cancellations after work begins: Partial refund based on work completed
Cancellation must be communicated in writing

11. Limitation of Liability

MixDen Studio's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
